Our office will NO longer be contracted with CIGNA DENTAL. However we will continue to accept and submit to Cigna insurance as an out-of-network provider.

Our office is NO longer participating in the state Medicaid program, nor contracted with any of their Managed Care Organizations.

At the Children’s Center for Dentistry, we cater to kids and their unique needs. Every member of our team, from our doctors to our hygienists, assistants and front desk staff, LOVES working with children, and it shows in the care we provide. Our office is welcoming and clean and built specifically to accommodate the needs of children.

In addition to caring for children here in our office, our team members are also active in the community. We are devoted to ongoing education to stay on top of the latest developments in pediatric dentistry so that we can make sure that the families who come to us will always receive the most state-of-the-art care possible.

Dr. Greg Dietz, DMD

Board Certified Pediatric Dentist

A native of central Illinois, Dr. Greg graduated from Princeville High School before earning his Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois in 2003. He received his DMD in 2007 from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Greg practiced as a general dentist for four years in Canton and North Pekin, and then went on to complete his residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

In 2014, Dr. Greg became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. This is the highest distinction a pediatric dentist can achieve.

Dr. Greg lives in Bloomington with his wife, Renee, and their six children Elsie, Will, Abby, Danny, Nic and Hannah. He is an avid runner, cyclist and swimmer completing multiple triathlons including Ironman Florida in 2023.

Dr. Renee Dietz, DMD

Dr. Renee is the newest addition to Children’s Center for Dentistry, but is certainly someone who is very familiar with our practice. She grew up in the small town of Nashville, IL, and graduated with honors from St. Louis University in 2003. She then attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Renee brings over 17 years of dental experience to the Children’s Center for Dentistry team, along with the invaluable wisdom gained from parenting six children.

Her kind and caring nature has made her a seamless fit with our team and the values that we hold. Dr. Renee lives in Bloomington with her husband (Dr. Greg) and their six children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and fitness.
